Top things to do in Sydney

Updated: Apr 18

If you have already ticked off the ‘bucket-list’ things to do in Sydney and are ready for something fresh and authentic, closer to nature and away from the masses you can't go past the Central Coast and Walkabout Park, both located just outside of Sydney.

Walkabout Park is a place where you can immerse yourself in the animals' world and go “walkabout” with the friendliest wildlife in Australia.

The park was established to protect animals that come into care, breed endangered animals for release back into the wild and to provide an experiential learning space.

Beautiful beaches meet pristine national parks and pretty waterways on the NSW Central Coast, just north of Sydney. Explore the area's natural treasures on outdoor adventures, meet native animals at popular wildlife sanctuaries, sample local food and wine, and discover a thriving arts scene.
