The only pearl producer in New South Wales. Broken Bay Pearl Farm grows  Akoya pearls, noted for their exceptionally high quality, are rare, and are believed to be the best on the global market today.

Mrs Macquarie's Chair: the best vantage point to view the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. The chair was carved out of rock by convicts in 1810. Make sure you see the REAL chair not the fake that's shown to unsuspecting visitors!

A boutique gin distillery: Sample an array of award-winning spirits and liqueurs are produced. Many of the ingredients are sourced from the flowers, fruits and herbs plucked straight from the distillery's amazing "fragrant garden". Distillery Botanica is open Wednesday to Sunday only
