Sugar Gliders in Sydney: Discover These Amazing Gliders on a Private Wildlife Tour

These adorable gliders, with their big eyes and gliding membranes, spend their nights soaring between the trees, hunting insects and sipping nectar. By day, they tuck themselves into cosy tree hollows, snoozing out of sight in the very forests we explore on our nature and wildlife tours.

A sugar glider can glide up to 100 metres in a single leap! The tall gums and bushland of Ku-ring-gai Chase and Berowra Valley National Parks provide the perfect playground for these incredible gliders—packed with native flowering trees and natural hollows they need to survive.

Even if we don’t spot them in the wild (they’re nocturnal and shy), you might hear their soft barks at night or spot the hollows they nest in.
