Walk across Sydney Harbour Bridge
Updated: Oct 12, 2022
The Harbour Bridge walk from Milsons Point would have some of the best views of the Sydney Harbour.
Designed and built by a British firm, the Sydney Harbour Bridge took about 8 years to make and opened in 1932. Apart from carrying rail, cars, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic between the Sydney North Shore, it’s also the focal point of our New Year’s Eve fireworks.
The Rocks is at the end of my walk, which is a neighbourhood of historic laneways in the shadow of the Bridge. It’s here where locals and tourists mingle at the open-air Rocks Markets, purchasing street food and handmade fashions.
