Somersby Waterfalls - Paradise!

Just came back from a short drive to this magical little place. It was drizzling, but that's ok. The best time to visit Somersby Falls is during the rain, or shortly after. It's only a 5 minute walk from the car park but the wet wooden steps and rocks can sometimes get a little slippery. I decided to walk down sideways so I wouldn't slip whilst holding the camera.
It's also why the makes me sound like I'm a one legged pirate. If you ignore that, it's a neat little video.
Somersby Falls is one of the stops that we visit on the tour, usually late in the afternoon when no one is there. Guests are given a complimentary bottle of wine from the Hunter Valley, which they sip, whilst sitting in the mist of the waterfalls.
No me though, I have to drive them home, after a long fulfilling day sharing the best of Sydney's nature and wildlife! :)
