Refreshments can be arranged during tours: morning, afternoon tea or lunch, which you may like to enjoy while visiting an elegant Paddington terrace (groups only). Or you may prefer a picnic: in the Royal Botanic Gardens, at the Fleet Steps, at Balls Head, Observatory Hill, Nielson Park or a number of other spots, all with magnificent views of the Harbour.

There are a number of old towns – Cobbity, Berrima, Bowral Windsor to name but a few – within an easy two hours' drive from Sydney which retain some of their 19th century character and which are well worth a visit. They make a pleasant day excursion for groups and can include a picnic lunch in the grounds of a fine old house or a meal in the grand dining room.

Sydney's General Post Office was a landmark building in the city, built of Sydney sandstone and granite in the Italianate style with a clock-tower and bells – locals would meet "under the GPO clock" in Martin Place. Beautifully restored it is now the WESTIN HOTEL.
Our tours of this grand building include an elegant morning or afternoon tea.
